Police Expose Microfinance Bank Staff Who Fake Own Kidnap Over N1.7m Debt

BANKER FAKES HIS KIDNAP

The Ogun State Police Command has reported that one staff member of microfinance bank at Kemta Oloko, Olumide Openaike, whose has gone missing for days and found in Mokwa, Niger State faked his Kidnaping.

The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Omolola Odutola, who confirmed this on Tuesday, said that Openaike, staged his abduction over N1.7 million debt.

The wife of the banker, Temitope, explained to journalists that her husband, Olumide went missing on January 17 on his way to work.

However, the Ogun State Police Confirmed that he wasn’t kidnaped but he staged his kidnaping over N1.7 million debt he owed.
